The timeline for recruitment is usually as follows: January - April
Opportunities advertised her and via the Find an Apprenticeship website
Candidate application screening and online interviews undertaken
Potential candidates booked onto assessment centres
February/March/April
Assessment Centres run comprising information provision, group exercise and interview
Pre-employment check information gathered
May/June
Shortlisted candidates interviewed by recruiting organisations
Appointments confirmed
July/August
Recruitment undertaken/completed
September
Apprentices start in post
